Youth Pastor Jobs
What Does a Youth Pastor Do?
A youth pastor (also called a student pastor or student ministry director) leads the church’s ministry to teenagers and young adults. Core responsibilities include weekly programming, small group discipleship, parent engagement, volunteer leadership, and often summer camp and mission trip coordination. Youth pastors play a critical role in shaping the next generation of church leaders and typically report directly to the lead or executive pastor.
