help them grow their leadership and their ministry.
Group Coaching
Ministry Boost Coaching Groups launch twice/year (Feb & Aug) for NextGen leaders in Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Family/NextGen Pastors.
ONE-ON-one Coaching
Ministry Boost provides individual 1:1 Coaching for church leaders to help them address specific areas of their leadership and their ministry where they want to see growth.
Volunteer Recruiting
Ministry Boost provides coaching for individuals, ministry teams, or your entire staff to help you recruit MORE volunteers in a 6-month or 12-month period of time.
