NLC is searching for the right person to lead our Worship and Next Gen ministries. We are located in sunny Southwest Florida (just south of Ft. Myers) and the beach is just two short miles away. If you don't like sun, sand, and heat, then this ministry isn't for you. However, if you can see yourself making disciples of the next generation with white powder sand between your toes and leading worship before our beach baptisms.... then you may be who we are looking for.
