The West Campus Pastor serves as the primary spiritual, organizational, and relational leader of Citylight Church’s West Campus, responsible for shepherding the congregation and overseeing all Sunday and midweek ministry. This full-time role involves leading and developing campus staff, ensuring the campus operates in close alignment with the Co-Lead Pastors and Citylight’s broader vision and culture, and preaching 4-8 times per year. The pastor will also serve on the church’s executive leadership team and elder board, acting as a key voice in directional decisions for the church as a whole. Success in this role looks like a spiritually healthy, growing congregation with clear discipleship pathways, excellent Sunday gatherings, and a thriving staff culture.
