The Executive Pastor serves as the Strategic Integrator of Faith Church, partnering closely with the Lead Pastor to translate vision into execution. This role provides leadership and oversight for church operations, staff alignment, systems, and organizational health—ensuring that strategy, structure, and culture move together in support of the mission.
The Executive Pastor is responsible for aligning people, processes, and priorities across ministries, removing obstacles to effective leadership, and building sustainable systems that support growth, excellence, and unity. Reporting directly to the Lead Pastor, this role helps steward the church’s resources, staff, and strategy so the Lead Pastor can focus on vision, preaching, and leader development.

About Faith Church
Faith Church, formally known as Faith Baptist Church, started in the early 1960’s and almost closed its doors in 1989. At just 20 members, they hired Doug Geeze to be their new pastor who grew the church to 400 and built an addition in 2005. In 2023, Doug handed the baton off to his son Matt, and since then the church has averaged about 45% growth year over year, currently seeing about 800 people each Sunday and many of them brand new believers. Last year, we baptized 123 people. The most we had ever baptized prior to that was 32 the year before. There is a strong presence of young adults and young families.
