Hillside Covenant Church – Director of Student Ministries

Full-time Director of Student Ministries to work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to make mature and equipped student disciples who share Christ and serve the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train and sustain two teams of volunteers to lead and shepherd Middle School and High School students
• Planning and executing weekly separate large group gatherings for -Middle School students and High School Students
• Small groups made available for students to connect with peers, reflect upon God’s Word, and discern the leading of Jesus
• Planning regular social events and a yearly missions trip
