Why We Love This Opportunity
Lifepoint is a multi-site church with a unique focus on each specific campus. It is not governed solely by a central team at the largest campus; rather, ministry direction is shaped collaboratively through cross-campus teams made up of ministry leaders from across all 6 campuses (eg. student ministry staff team members). These teams work together to set vision, strategy, and ministry direction that is then implemented by campus staff deeply committed to the communities they serve and to the greater mission of planting and multiplying campuses/churches throughout central Ohio.

About Delaware
“Many people say it’s like a Hallmark town! It’s the best of all worlds with having some rural areas, a small town feel, and access to big city life.”
