Pinelake is looking for their next director of groups. This person will serve on the One Church team and oversee all groups directors at all the campuses. This person will have the opportunity to coach and resource high level leaders while holding the standard for discipleship in groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the One Church Groups Ministry, providing vision, coaching, and development to group directors/pastors across five campuses.
- Coach and Resource groups staff at all campuses.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with Pinelake’s mission, values, and “Our House Promise” standards.
- Partner closely with other church leaders to integrate groups ministry into the broader church culture.
- Hold and promote the standard for discipleship in groups.
Requirements
- Communication and Vision Casting: Someone who can clearly articulate vision, direction and move people toward that direction. This person will be the chief spokesperson for discipleship at Pinelake.
- Organizational Skills: Someone who has the ability to organize ideas, plans and structure throughout a ministry.
- Connector: Someone who has the ability to walk into a room and immediately connect with people and connect others to one another.
- Developer of Staff and Leaders: Someone who has experience leading staff and recruiting and developing leaders in a multi-site context.
- Strategist: Someone who can see where something needs to go and can create and implement the steps to get there.

Pinelake Church began with a big vision from a small group of people back in 1971. And God has done more than we could ask or imagine since then. From that simple trailer on the banks of the Barnett Reservoir, we’ve seen one life change story after another and incredible growth. We’re now a multisite church with five campuses across the state of Mississippi that reaches over 20,000 people each week.
