The Family Pastor at Renovation Church provides strategic leadership for the church’s Next Gen ministries, overseeing preschool, elementary, and student environments. This role exists to build a cohesive discipleship pathway that partners with parents, develops volunteer leaders, and creates excellent weekend and midweek experiences. With strong support from the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor, this leader will have real freedom to shape ministry that moves beyond programs and creates lasting spiritual impact in homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and leadership for all Family Ministry areas, including preschool, elementary, and students
- Develop and implement a cohesive Next Gen discipleship strategy aligned with church-wide goals
- Lead, coach, and develop staff, contractors, and volunteer leaders
- Partner with parents through content, milestones, and discipleship resources
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development
- Ensure excellent weekend and midweek ministry experiences
- Manage Family Ministry budgets, data systems, and administrative processes
