Key Responsibilities:
- Lead worship services as needed at the Sugar Creek campus
- Provide support for (or direct, with relevant skills) the vocal ministries, including choir ministry
- Serve as a team player within the larger worship ministry team
- Contribute to achieving overall ministry goals
- Develop leadership skills in preparation for potential promotion to Campus Worship Pastor
- Engage with and shepherd people of diverse backgrounds and life stages
- Maintain Sugar Creek’s established standard of musical excellence
