Ada Bible Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead the Cascade Campus, serving around 2,500 people each weekend. This leader will provide spiritual, relational, and organizational leadership—shepherding people, developing teams, and fostering alignment with Ada’s mission of leading people into a growing relationship with God and His church.
The ideal candidate is a pastorally warm, team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment. They will model Christlike humility, communicate with clarity and empathy, and build systems and teams that multiply ministry impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visible, relational, and spiritual leadership to the Cascade Campus community.
- Lead, develop, and coach campus staff and key volunteers.
- Champion Ada Bible’s mission and ministry model while contextualizing for the local campus.
- Communicate with pastoral empathy and vision in various settings—services, teams, and personal interactions.
- Build a culture of belonging, discipleship, and leadership development.
- Partner with central teams to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and consistent ministry execution.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of ministry leadership in a thriving, multi-staff church.
- Proven ability to gather people, build teams, and empower leaders.
- Strong communicator with a shepherd’s heart and organizational insight.
- Experience in a multi-site or broadcast setting preferred.
