About Kensington Church

Kensington was built on a simple but audacious belief: that every person can know God personally, walk in genuine freedom, live with clear purpose, and leave a mark on the world around them. We haven’t arrived — but we’re on that journey together, and there’s room for you in it.

About Troy

I live in Rochester Hills, just north of Troy. My neighborhood, the schools my children attended, and the places where we shop and spend time all feel very similar to Troy. Once known primarily as a quiet, more uniform suburb, Rochester Hills has grown into a multicultural community where global perspectives are woven into everyday life, drawing international families, professionals, and academics and creating a connected, welcoming culture.

Downtown Rochester and the surrounding parklands form the historic heart of the Rochester Hills area. While Rochester Hills offers spacious neighborhoods and thriving corporate and technology centers, the neighboring city of Rochester provides a charming, walkable downtown that serves as a natural gathering place. Together, they create a beautiful balance of scenic outdoor living and lively small-town energy. I love living here!
