The Pastor / Director of Local Outreach leads the church’s efforts to bless and transform the community by overseeing church-wide focus areas, developing new initiatives to serve the community, and equipping campuses to mobilize members. This role requires vision, strategic leadership, and strong collaboration with staff, lay leaders, and community partners.
