Key Responsibilities:
Creatively design encounters with God
- Serve as primary worship leader 75% of the Sundays in a year for the Noblesville campus
- Provide an environment for people to engage worship and the Word by leading the worship team
development in all areas (song selection, chart preparation, rehearsal, runthrough and service
execution) - Shepherd the congregation through relationship, care, pastoral support
- Lead Creative Team meetings to design series and encounters that bring to life the big ideas of sermon
series and individual sermons - Schedule, plan, and execute at least one (more if desired) Night of Worship per calendar year
- Partner with the Tech Director and his team to prepare for Sunday morning services
Develop a team of worship leaders
- Provide leadership for service execution from Weekend Experience meeting, rehearsal, run through
and services using Planning Center as the main form of communication - Disciple worship team members in their faith and develop them in their God given gifts musically
- Build and grow worship team by identifying, recruiting, and assimilating gifted musicians
- Create moments throughout the year to celebrate, thank, encourage, and create unity for worship team
members
Support Noblesville ministries in worship encounters
- Facilitate providing worship support of ministry events throughout the year as needed (i.e. All staff,
small group celebrations, Good Friday experience, Ordinations, etc.) - Lead and equip team that will provide worship for VBS
- Provide support for preschool, elementary, and student worship encounters
Pastoral Care and Leadership
- Complete hospital and shut-in visits as scheduled and make updated notes in CCB
- Make necessary schedule and technical adjustments to fulfill all Pastor On Call responsibilities during
the assigned weeks - Participate in team meetings (All Staff, Noblesville, Weekend Experience and Creative Team)
- Be available to mentor worship leaders at both North and Hispanic congregations if/when they initiate

In 1972, the first members of White River Christian Church gathered in a home for prayer and soon began meeting for worship in an elementary school. Two years later, they held a groundbreaking ceremony for their first church campus, which opened in 1975. Over the next 30 years, the church continued to grow, steadily expanding the campus to include additional space for worship, education, and recreation.
Today, White River Christian Church features a 900-seat sanctuary, a Spanish campus, a Hamilton North campus, an education wing, and a Family Life Center.
