Kenny Conley
Kenny, a 20-year veteran of kids and family ministry, currently serves as the NextGen Pastor at Mission Church in Gilbert, AZ. His passion to see the next generation come to know and follow Christ propels him to constantly rethink how the church approaches ministry to kids, students and their families.
Allegra Collins
Kidmin Leader, Curriculum Developer
Allegra is a Children's Ministry leader turned Curriculum Developer who writes for the Brite Curriculum by Awana. She helps run things around Ministry Boost, handling everything from social media to customer service to marketing and product creation.
Dema Kohen
Dema Kohen is a native Ukrainian, turned American citizen, who has a passion for ministering, not only to children but to those who minister to children. He spent five years in children’s ministry here in the States. After years of ministering to broken adults, he decided that ministering to children was his passion. WE ARE KIDMIN exists to be a place of encouragement, inspiration, and hope to the faithful shepherds of children who are too often overworked, overlooked, over-committed, or just plain, over it.
