Position Description
Plymouth Covenant Church is looking for an experienced leader to lead the high school ministry. The High School Ministry has a strong culture of student leadership supported by a passionate team of adult volunteers. Students take ownership of the ministry and lead in multiple ways. The new High School Pastor will have the opportunity to expand the existing healthy culture within the high school ministry to reach more students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish themselves as a Biblically sound teacher.
- Build relationships with students and their parents.
- Empower students to lead and take ownership in the ministry.
- Continually recruit volunteers to be actively involved in the High School Ministry.
- Develop goals that align with centralized strategic objectives of High School ministry through the church.
