Revolve Church exists to: Introduce people to God and His purpose for their life.
We believe 4 things: Jesus is the Son of God, The Bible is the Word of God, Believers in Jesus are made new, and everybody was created to make a difference.
From our beliefs, we seek to DO 4 things: Corporate Worship, Small Groups, Dream Team (serving the local Church), and Love Large (serving the local community).
Role: Pastor and lead a worship team of vocalists, instrumentalists, sound, and other production volunteers to lead the guests into an engaging Worship experience through music.
Role Expectations:
● Oversee worship, production and creative elements for worship
● Oversee auditions and onboarding process of new team members
● Lead planning and execution of weekly worship services and rehearsals
● Build and foster relationships among worship and production team
● Recruit, Develop, and Train vocalists to create high-energy, engaging worship experiences
through music and production with excellence in presentation
● Assist in the building and execution of the worship team for Revolve Youth
● Teach and Preach in weekly worship (minimum once a quarter)
● Teach and Preach in Revolve Youth (minimum once a quarter)
● Effectively Communicate with Lead Pastor, Staff, Leaders, & Dream Team members
● Assist with various pastoral needs that may arise within the congregation

● Tithe at least 10% of your income to Revolve Church
Work Schedule: (30 hours per week)
● Office: (15 hrs weekly) 9am-2pm Tuesdays + 10 hrs per week
● Rehearsal on Thursday’s (3 hrs weekly) 5:30pm-8:30 pm
● Sunday morning: (6 hrs weekly) 6:45 am- 12:45 pm
● Preparation/Relationship/Other tasks: (6 hrs weekly)
● Other worship experiences (21 days of prayer, revival night, team nights, etc)
