Position Description
The NextGen Pastor needs to be a pastor/shepherd leader who will equip families to grow and nurture in their relationship with Christ. The NextGen Pastor oversees the children and youth ministry departments and their volunteer ministry staff.
The NextGenPastor will need to have a passion to disciple and develop children, youth, and adults to lead both the Children and Youth ministry areas. In addition, this role will have preaching opportunities in some of the weekend services.
